2. Orders and Payment Terms
- Order Process: You may place an order by submitting a quote request on our website. Once the order details and design are approved, production will begin.
- Minimum Order Quantity: The minimum order quantity is 144 caps, but we can accommodate smaller quantities based on customer requirements. Please contact us for more information.
- Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. Pricing may vary based on the product type, customization, and order size. Final pricing will be provided during the quote process.
- Payment: Payment terms are agreed upon during the ordering process. We require a deposit before production begins, with the balance due upon completion and prior to shipping.

3. Custom Designs
- Logo Submission: Customers are responsible for providing high-quality logo files for use in production. If your logo is low-resolution, we offer a service to convert it to a high-resolution, printable, or embroiderable format.
- Mock-up Approval: Before production begins, we will provide a graphical mock-up of your custom cap for your approval. You can request changes to the design as needed until you are satisfied with the mock-up.
- Sample Cap: After mock-up approval, we will produce a physical sample cap. You may approve the sample either through photos or by receiving the sample physically.
4. Production and Delivery
- Production Lead Time: Once the final sample is approved, production typically takes 2 weeks.
- Shipping: We ship orders using trusted carriers such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS. Delivery times typically range from 4-7 days, depending on your location.
- Quality Control: All products go through a rigorous quality control process before shipping. If any issues are found with your order, we will work with you to resolve them.
5. Returns and Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is defective or significantly differs from the approved sample. In the event of a defect or production error, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
