At CustomBallCap.com, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality custom caps that meet your exact specifications. As each item is custom-made, we have a specific policy regarding returns and refunds to ensure fairness and transparency.

1. Custom Orders

All of our products are made-to-order based on the specifications you provide, including custom logos, materials, and designs. Due to the personalized nature of these products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once the final sample has been approved and production has begun.

2. Defective or Incorrect Products

We stand by the quality of our caps and ensure that all orders undergo strict quality control. However, in the unlikely event that your product is defective or does not match the approved sample, we will offer a replacement or refund under the following conditions:

  • Defective Products: If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item with details of the defect. We may request photos of the defect to assess the issue.
  • Incorrect Orders: If the product you received significantly differs from the approved design, material, or specifications, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue either by offering a replacement or refund.

3. Return Process for Defective or Incorrect Orders

If you are eligible for a replacement or refund due to defects or incorrect items, the following steps will apply:

  2. Approval: Once we review the claim, we will provide instructions on how to proceed, including return instructions if necessary.
  3. Replacement or Refund: After the product has been returned and inspected (if required), we will issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.

4. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of Mind: As all products are custom-made, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds if you change your mind after approving the sample.
  • Incorrect Specifications: We are not responsible for errors in the order caused by incorrect information provided by the customer, such as wrong logos, sizes, or design instructions. Please ensure all details are correct before approving the sample for production.
  • Approval of Sample: Once you have approved the final sample (either through photos or physically), no returns or refunds can be made unless the final product significantly deviates from the approved sample.

5. Shipping Costs

  • For defective or incorrect items, we will cover the cost of return shipping and the cost of shipping the replacement product to you.
  • Shipping costs for non-defective products are non-refundable.

6. Refund Method

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item (if necessary) and approve the refund request.
