Our minimum order quantity is 144 caps. However, we can accommodate smaller orders based on your specific requirements. Please contact us for more details.
2. How long does it take to receive a sample?
The lead time for a sample is typically 16-21 working days, depending on many factors such as color acquisition, complexity of the design, special and specific material requirements, etc. It’s rare that a production sample takes longer than 21 days, but if it does, it’s only because all our work is custom from the bottom to the top, and we want it to be absolutely perfect.
3. What is the production lead time?
Production typically takes 3 to 5 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design and the specific materials required. Custom products can sometimes take longer due to the detailed nature of the work and ensuring that every item meets our high-quality standards. We prioritize quality and precision, so each step of the process is carefully managed to deliver the best possible results.
4. How long does shipping take?
Shipping generally takes 4-7 days, depending on your location and shipping method. We use trusted carriers like DHL, FedEx, and UPS for fast and reliable delivery. For Bigger volume, and cheapest shipping, we can provide sea shipping delivery.
5. Can I request changes after seeing the mock-up?
Yes! You can request as many changes as you need to ensure the design is exactly what you want before we proceed to the sample stage.
6. Can I approve the sample without receiving it physically?
Yes, we strongly recommend approving a sample before we begin full production. While some customers may choose to skip this step, we prefer that every customer receives a production sample. Not reviewing a physical sample can lead to confusion and room for error with exact colors, sizing, and fit. It’s always best to have the actual prototype in hand, as this leaves very little room for error and ensures that the final product meets your expectations.
7. Do you offer logo design services?
Yes, we offer comprehensive logo creation and design assistance to ensure your logo looks perfect on your custom cap. Whether you need a completely new design or adjustments to an existing one, we’ve got you covered. Additionally, we can convert low-resolution logos into high-resolution, printable, or embroiderable formats, ensuring a flawless and professional look on your cap.

10. What are the payment terms?
As we produce custom products specifically tailored for you or your company, we require 100% payment before any custom product is produced. Payment can be made via credit card through our website or over the phone. We also accept company checks, with production beginning once the check has cleared. ACH direct deposits are also an option. Once your payment is submitted, we will start working on your production sample, and you’re on your way to receiving the hats that you, your staff, or your customers will love!
